Paper City Barbecue is a family-owned restaurant and bar in the heart of Westbrook, Maine. Named for Westbrook's rich paper-producing heritage, we bring the tradition of low-and-slow smoked meats to Southern Maine — with a bar program to match.
Our kitchen turns out brisket, burnt ends, pulled pork, spare ribs, and more — all smoked in-house and served with housemade sides. Pair it with one of our 50+ whiskeys, a craft cocktail, or a local Maine draft. Whether you're here for Whiskey Wednesdays, THICC Thursdays, or just a great meal with family, there's a seat at the table for you.
